Excellence in projects delivery requires diligent project managers and a rigour in the application of processes and systems.  Surecom applies a project methodology to deliver success and achieve the objectives of the projects and programmes.​

Surecom places emphasis on developing its project managers – Our project Managers are accredited to PRINCE2, coupled with a breadth of experience of different project types. 

 

Secondly, our network/solutions and product knowledge are key to align with our customers’ needs and their project objectives. Our support tools include Project Insight – a project information system supporting activity planning, resource management, tracking and reporting.

 

We have embraced a project digitalisation system and are currently rolling-out a ‘Digitalisation-Roadmap’ for project management. H&S and wellbeing is an integral part of project delivery.
