A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
I am very proud of Surecom’s journey through its first 16 years. The management and our people have been successful through commitment and perseverance in its goals and objectives. Surecom now employs 85 people across technical, engineering, IT, commercial, finance, HR and supporting roles.
Surecom is recognised for its competence, knowledge and delivery excellence in the Telecoms and ICT across a number of sectors. The Customer feedback statements include “Going above and beyond” and “True to our Word”. These are tremendous statements and a grateful reflection of a great reputation earned. We will continue to work hard to maintain this.
Looking to the future, new ambitions have been set. We have developed a strategy and agreed the first 5 year business plan. We wish to consolidate and grow, always cognisant of our customers’ needs and requirements. Underpinning Service Excellence are our commitment to competence development, digitalisation of our systems and process, new business development and innovation. We will create an exciting future for Surecom.
